Membership Guidelines for 2008 Renewal: Everyone must fill out a membership form by the end of the first quarter of the year, i.e., March 31st. Please find the membership form here: ICN Membership Form 2008
April 1 of the preceding year thru the 31st of March applications are accepted for membership. For example: Membership year 2003, applications can be filled out from April 1, 2002 thru March 31st, 2003. Lifetime membership: Lifetime membership will be transferred to honorary membership as of January 1, 2004. To become a voting member, one will still have to fill out the membership form and pay the annual fee. Lifetime membership will no longer exist as of 2004.
Donations through direct deposit will no longer automatically enroll a person for membership unless it is designated by the donor (minimum of $25/ month) or through a one-time payment before March 31st of the year.
Reminder letter: A letter of reminder to all members for their membership renewals must be sent out by the end of December. Membership expires on the 31st of March of the following year. New cards will be given out after applications attached with annual fees are submitted.
Approved Annual Fees for the 2008 Year:
Family membership: $75 (dependents above 22 must pay single membership or Student membership, depending on the application) Single Membership: $40 Students 18 and above membership: $15 Any person wishing to pay the membership in installments may begin doing so
from April 1st of the previous year but must have the total amount in by the 31st of March of the following year. This information must be documented through the Secretary.
Membership Benefits: Voting Privileges, checking books out of the ICN Library, special website privileges, special mail out, etc.
